Case Background
When we were approached via a referred client to work with a renowned international brand on their Global Leadership Programme, we were excited to learn more.
This award winning programme was designed to empower frontline leaders and their teams to work more effectively together and to take accountability for delivering business outcomes.
Their commitment to developing leaders at the frontline of the organisation with a high-quality leadership development program to deliver real business outcomes, required venues of a calibre to match. Having had "mediocre" venue experiences (before coming to us) on this otherwise world-class programme, we were enlisted to help take their programmes to the next level.
Event in Brief:

Our Solution:
After a meeting with the talent manager to understand the programme, and previous venue experiences/challenges, Meetings Matter set to work identifying suitable properties with availability. Due to high demand, one of the locations necessitated contacting over 100 venues. Whilst availability was limited, we were able to present a shortlisted of venues that were not only a strong technical fit, but ones that were of a standard and quality fitting to the caliber of attendees and cultural fits for the company.
Once secured, we continued providing pre-event programme support throughout the programme, and on an annual basis.
