The prize must be taken within 12 months, subject to availability. Booking essential, via meetings matter.

The closing date for entries will be noon on 30 June 2017. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special breaks or promotions such as Christmas, Gourmet Weekends etc.

One prize winner will be selected and will receive one Night for 2 sharing a twin/double room,  on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis. Guests are responsible for all drinks charges and any extras during their stay.

The winner may choose to take their stay at any one of the following Hand Picked hotels: Rhinefield House (New Forest, Hampshire), Rookery Hall, (Nantwich, Cheshire) Woodlands Park, (Cobham, Surrey), Nutfield Priory, (Redhill, Surrey) Buxted Park,(Uckfield, East Sussex) or Norton House, (Edinburgh).

There is no purchase necessary to enter.

Winner will be randomly chosen by a representative of Best Loved Hotels (the "Judge") within one week of the end date of the particular prize draw from all eligible entries received during the date specified. The decision of the Judge will be final and binding. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winners will be notified by email within two (2) working days of the drawing.

The winner agrees through entry that his/her name will be announced in an upcoming Best Loved newsletter.

All entrants in the contest will be added to our Meetings Matter community database and agree to receive timely offers on venues and our services. We will not sell your details to external parties. You can opt out at any time, though we hope you will continue to find them useful and valuable.

The winner is responsible for their travelling costs to and from the hotel, and any personal tax implications as a result of accepting this prize.

Open to anyone aged 18 years or older excluding employees of Meetings Matter and its subsidiaries, and anyone else connected with this promotion.

No cash alternative will be made. The prize is non transferrable.
